GM Careers Website Redesign and Research

I played a pivotal role in the "Made for More" rebrand and redesign of the GM Careers website in 2017. As part of the project, I conducted moderated usability testing to refine early iterations of the site. I produced compelling employee story videos, showcasing diverse roles and locations across the company. Additionally, I empowered recruiters to leverage video in their job listings, enhancing candidate engagement. To top it off, I facilitated an exclusive interview with GM CEO Mary Barra to promote the "Made for More" employer brand during the website's launch. The project's resounding success was evident in the careers website winning multiple awards, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from both prospective and current employees.
